Group Circuit Training Classes - My BOOT CAMP will fire up every single muscle in your body! Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight, I take you through an entire hour of High Intensity Interval Training, alternating between cardio and strength training exercises, you will not leave disappointed! Modifications can be made for ALL fitness levels.
Come check it out on Saturday Mornings (location TBA weekly!) $5 per class. Strongly suggested that you bring water to keep hydrated throughout class!
